Book Feedback From A Listener: One I've found very useful so far is "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler for working out ovulation, most fertile times etc. Another was: "Exercising through Your Pregnancy" by James F. Clapp which is actually aimed towards "athletic women", trying to put some myths about pregnancy and exercise to rest. It pretty much agrees with what Monica's doctor said but goes into research too which is interesting.
